G-RES Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Electrical resistivity is non-unique. Similar measurements can result from different subsurface conditions, and lithology cannot be determined from resistivity alone. VES geoelectric sections are correlations of reviewed independent 1D inversions unless explicitly stated otherwise; they are not automatically 2D, joint or laterally constrained inversions.
Curve fits, inversions, sensitivity displays, equivalence envelopes, lithology suggestions, Aurora text, drilling suggestions and reports are decision-support outputs. They do not replace borehole control, site investigation, instrument and geometry checks, qualified interpretation or compliance with professional and regulatory requirements.
Users accept responsibility for validating inputs, assumptions and outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terracode Analytics is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made solely from G-RES outputs. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
